Hello and welcome to Fair-Pix.
Fair-Pix has just returned from an enjoyable trip to mainland Europe with repeat visits to Dusseldorf Kirmes am Rhein and Tilburg Kermis. Amongst our highlights were rides on the likes of Renoldi's Hollenblitz Spinning Coaster, Bruch's Alpina Bahn Rollercoaster, Goetzke's Star Flyer II, Kipp and Kroon's XXL, Kaiser's High Energy and of course the Kinzler family's mighty 24-car Break Dance. At Tilburg the Otten family premiered the latest ride from the KMG factory - the Dominator (Inversion), see the Reviews page for more on the machine.
Only disappointment over the weekend was the unsettled weather conditions which continued right through our stay. We have two Galleries are online from the weekend, which will be kept exclusive for this site including photos of the new Dominator ride.
This coming weekend, one of our local tourist attractions Hollycombe Steam Collection will be holding its 1st Funfair Extravanga on the 26th & 27th July. Fair-Pix will be there offering a photo display of traditional & vintage rides and shows from the UK and Europe. At the end of next month the 40th Great Dorset Steam Fair opens its gates to the public. To mark the occasion Great Dorset Funfairs opened recently on the Fair-Pix server to help celebrate the last 20 years of the funfair at GDSF.
